Refined Imports was founded by the husband-and-wife team Stewart Pritchard and Tiffany Bell, who merged their passion for hospitality, fine wine selection, and exceptional client service with decades of industry experience. Throughout their careers, they have learned alongside some of North America's most respected hospitality professionals, cultivating a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, heritage, and stories behind remarkable wines.
Stewart's career in the world of fine wine selection has taken him from the dining rooms and cellars of some of Canada's finest restaurants to establishing relationships with renowned producers and négociants in the world's premier wine regions. His wine expertise has developed through years of dedicated service, leading to his recognition as one of Canada's top emerging sommeliers. Tiffany, with her extensive experience in luxury hospitality and restaurant management, has consistently focused on delivering personalized wine service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Together, they recognized an opportunity to bring exceptional wines directly to Canadian consumers and hospitality professionals through a business grounded in trust, expertise, and personal relationships.

Stewart Pritchard has dedicated his career to the study, service, and appreciation of fine wine. Holding advanced credentials from both the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and the Court of Master Sommeliers, Stewart has spent over two decades working in some of Canada's most prestigious restaurants and wine programs. His wine expertise in selection has garnered him recognition as one of Canada's top emerging sommeliers, shaped through mentorship from the country’s most accomplished wine professionals.
As Founder and Wine Director of Refined Imports, Stewart oversees wine selection, producer relationships, and portfolio development. His extensive network of connections with vineyards, château owners, négociants, and wine merchants empowers him to source exceptional wines with confidence in their provenance and quality. Stewart is passionate about connecting people with wines that tell a story and creating opportunities for clients to experience some of the world's most remarkable producers.
Tiffany Bell
Founder & Managing Director
Tiffany Bell brings over three decades of hospitality leadership and luxury service experience to Refined Imports. Managing and operating acclaimed restaurants and hospitality businesses across North America, from Whistler to San José del Cabo, she has established a reputation for exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Tiffany's authentic commitment to creating memorable guest experiences aligns seamlessly with the personalized wine service offered at Refined Imports.
As Founder and Managing Director, Tiffany directs client relations, business development, and strategic growth for Refined Imports. Her extensive hospitality background provides her with a unique understanding of the needs of restaurants, hotels, retailers, and private clients alike.
